Firefighters Don't Need Warrants to Enter Our Homes

So some clever folks figured that they should help in the war on terror. Yay.
Jack Tomarchio who works at Homeland Security says that "They're really doing technical inspections, and if perchance they find something like, you know, a bunch of RPG (rocket-propelled grenade) rounds in somebody's basement, I think it's a no-brainer". Yeah no shit, now tell me why they have to be trained to figure out a weapons stash is dangerous?
Just more fear mongering, the effectiveness of this program would be about zilch, despite their claims that they've 'had a few hits' no news on those 'hits' indicate they either found nothing of significance or are just outright lying.
